4. AI Service Limitations

AI systems are not perfect. Our bots may occasionally misunderstand, misinterpret, or provide responses that are incorrect. You acknowledge these limitations and agree not to rely solely on AI agents for critical customer communications.


5. Payment Terms

Monthly Fees: You agree to pay the monthly recurring fees as outlined in your plan. Setup Fees: Some services may require a one-time setup fee, which will be disclosed upfront. Billing: Charges will be billed automatically each month to your payment method on file. Late Payments: Overdue payments may result in service suspension after 5 days.


6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and timely information for AI

training. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data or content you upload. You must not use our services for unlawful, misleading, or deceptive practices.


7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the underlying software, code, and AI

models. You retain ownership of your brand content and business-specific data. Custom AI configurations built for you are licensed for your use but remain our intellectual property.


8. Data Privacy & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data. We do not sell your data. You are responsible for ensuring your customers are informed of AI interactions.


9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for business losses due to AI miscommunication or downtime. Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 30 days.


10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these

Terms. No refunds will be provided for partial months after cancellation.


11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Michigan, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.


12. Service Level Agreement (SLA)We aim for 99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or force majeure events. Downtime that exceeds 24 hours may be credited on a prorated basis, upon request.


13. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with platforms like GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for the performance, changes, or outages of third-party services. By using our integrations, you agree to their respective terms.


14. Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly service fees are non-refundable once billed. Exceptions may be made for documented technical failures on our part.
